Thanks to Everyone Involved for a Successful TCGC Event 


Saturday's winterguard show that we hosted was a huge success.  The event went very smoothly and TCGC personnel were very complimentary.   A huge "Thank You" to everyone who volunteered, both parents and students.  Special thanks to our main organizers: Lee Ann Fulgham, Robin England, Scott Hearn and Jeanette Pritchard. 


Solo & Ensemble Info

Fees are currently past due for all members of the band that are participating in Solo and Ensemble contest.  The fees are $8 per solo and $8 per person in the ensemble.  Solo and Ensemble is Saturday, February 25 at Vista Ridge High School and our annual McNeil Band Student Recital is on Thursday, February 23, in the Performing Arts Center.

If you need a school assigned accompanist, copies of piano accompaniments are also past due.  Please get those to us ASAP.  Payment for your accompanist is $45 and due at your first rehearsal with them.



Out of Coffee? Minimize


Thanks to all who purchased coffee during our Fall fundraiser.  If you have run out and can't bear the thought of going back to the grocery store stuff, you can order more of our coffee here.  Be sure to list "McNeil Band" as the organization in the online order form.

HEB Cards Minimize

Buy HEB Cards and Support the McNeil Band

The Band Boosters sell HEB cards at face value and HEB gives the Boosters 5% of the purchase price. A $100 card will cost you $100 and the Boosters get $5. For a family that spends $500/month on groceries, the Boosters could net $25/month or $300/year. If just 200 families participated on a regular basis, the net donation to the Band Boosters would $60,000! And, keep in mind that a portion of the proceeds from purchases made on behalf of our affiliated Middle Schools (Cedar Valley and Deer Park) goes back to the Middle School Band programs!
