  • 7:30am Full Band Meeting in Band Hall
  • 8:15 Inspection
  • 8:30 Depart for Heroes Stadium
  • 12:00 pm Performance
  • 1:00ish Lunch
  • 6:15 Drum Major Retreat/Prelims Announcement

We will determine the rest of our schedule after the announcement. We plan to watch Finals if we do not advance. Finals performances end by 10:15 and Finals announcement ends at 11:00. We will arrive back at school around 1:00 AM if we compete in Finals, and around 12:30 if we don’t.IMPORTANT: Please bring several snacks in case there are extended periods between meals.
